Stir Fried Chicken Potstickers
24 frozen chicken potstickers
1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
4 ounce mushrooms, sliced
2 cups sugar snap or snow peas, long and removed
1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, drop the potstickers and cook for a few minutes until tender, drain.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cooked potstickers to the pan and cook until crispy and brown on the bottom in 2 to 3 minutes per side.
In the last minute of cooking add the sugar snap or snow peas warm through. Remove from the heat, when stirring soy sauce add a little bit of Komodo black or Komodo red. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions if using any.
