15-Minute Spicy Beef Stir-Fry

This lightning-fast stir-fry uses Komodo Black as the backbone of an incredible sauce that coats every piece of tender beef and crisp vegetable.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 3 tablespoons Komodo Black sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Steamed rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Toss sliced beef with 1 tablespoon Komodo Black and cornstarch. Let marinate 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. Sear beef in batches, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return beef to wok. Add remaining Komodo Black and oyster sauce. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately over steamed rice.

Chef's Notes

The soy base in Komodo Black makes it a natural fit for Asian-inspired dishes. It adds depth that regular hot sauce simply can't match. Slice your beef as thin as possible for the most tender results.
