15-Minute Spicy Beef Stir-Fry
This lightning-fast stir-fry uses Komodo Black as the backbone of an incredible sauce that coats every piece of tender beef and crisp vegetable.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 tablespoons Komodo Black sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Steamed rice for serving
Instructions
- Toss sliced beef with 1 tablespoon Komodo Black and cornstarch. Let marinate 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Sear beef in batches, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to wok. Add remaining Komodo Black and oyster sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately over steamed rice.
Chef's Notes
The soy base in Komodo Black makes it a natural fit for Asian-inspired dishes. It adds depth that regular hot sauce simply can't match. Slice your beef as thin as possible for the most tender results.
